Hassle-Free Returns

  • If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. Just send us an email at service@reliefwave.com. Include your name, order number and desired action. 
  • We will email you a free prepaid return shipping label.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, (usually with in 24 hours) a full refund will be processed. 

Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping for all USA orders no exceptions and no minimum order amount. We know you like to get your package quickly so we make every effort to process your order quickly. You can expect to receive your order with 4-5 business days. 
  • After your package has been processed and packed a shipping confirmation email will be sent out to you with a tracking number (please let 24 hours pass before you start tracking your package).
  • We ship all packages with the United States Post Office priority shipping.

Warranty

  • The Relief Wave 3 and The Relief Wave 4, come with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty. The warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by misuse, abuse or accident dropping. If you need to use the warranty give us a call at (505) 906-6676 or email us service@reliefwave.com. If your warranty is approved we ask that you pay a $19 processing fee and then we send out a new device to you.
